San Pablo Airport has also good Access to Alcalá; you have to take Córdoba highway and before reaching Seville, you will have to take the link to A-92 highway that will take you straight to Alcalá.
Seville Airport faced its maximum expansion in 1992 when, due to Universal Exposition, a new terminal building was constructed, aircrafts parking surface was enlarged and a new access from Road N-IV was made; a new control tower was built at the south end of the runway.
The building design took roots in Sevillian Culture and in order to achieve this, it took three traditional components: the Mosque, the Palace and the orange trees. An orange trees orchard welcomes travellers at the airport, who will then come into a blue hall -colour given by the glazed tiles- crowned by an arcade supported by vaults.
In 2008, the airport registered 4,391,794 passengers, 65,063 operations and 6,084 tons of cargo.
In the same airport there is a car rental service where you can rent a vehicle to go directly to Alcalá de Guadaíra. You can compare between different companies that offer services and rent a car through with Happycar.es
