The City Council guarantees the confidential treatment of users’ personal data, as well as, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data, that the necessary technical and organizational measures have been adopted for the security of personal data and to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment.

Likewise, the City Council informs the user that the facilities, systems and files in which personal data are stored comply with the security measures established in Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11, which approves the security measures applicable to automatic files containing personal data.
