Rocío, the musical’ is a show with more than 50 artists that will immerse the viewer in the history of the place that hosts every year the largest pilgrimage in the world.

The argument is the rociera devotion itself. From a journey through the music that man has used to spread the word of God, the show ends in the Sevillanas, the musical genre that the rocieros have used to share their faith in the Virgin of El Rocío, treated in this work with an innovative character.

The musical features 3D lighting and exclusive, previously unpublished themes that start from the year 33 AD with the crucifixion of Christ.

Through a poetic allegory, a parallelism is established between what happens every spring in the Doñana Parkwith the arrival of the migratory birdsand what happens in the village of El Rocíowhen the locals welcome the pilgrims from all over the world.

‘Rocío, the musical’ is a unique cultural proposal, itinerant, integrative and filantrópica, which brings the spectator closer to the world of Marian feelings, without forgetting the greatness of our land: “Here, where all roads end and begin”.
